Let's meet on a complimentary Discovery Call to get a general overview of your project. This is followed by a paid in-home consultation to understand what you want to specifically achieve from your project and review the details. At the Exploratory phase we will conduct an in-depth design interview, schedule preliminary contractor walkthroughs, review budget planning and begin working on your initial design concept.
Based on an in-depth understanding of your requirements, lifestyle, aspirations and personal style, we select all products and materials specific to your design preferences and functional needs. We create a comprehensive design plan that addresses every aspect of your space. Our design presentations include 3D renderings, precise floor plans, physical samples of product and materials, which enables you to visualise your completed space.
At the design execution phase, we act as your advocate to ensure that the design plan is followed, and provide guidance on resolving on-site issues. Meanwhile, furniture is ordered and tracked, ready for delivery. Once construction is wrapped up, an installation day is scheduled. All furniture is installed, artwork hung, accessories placed, and finishing touches applied. Finally, deficiencies are remedied. Your personalised home is now ready for you to move in.
A 90-minute consultation is priced at $780 +GST and follow up consultations are priced based on the estimated hours required.
New clients usually need the full 90-minutes as a lot of work gets done within this time.
As a follow up I offer design consultation packages to clients who have previously booked a 90-minute session with me.
I don't offer sessions longer than 90-minutes, however consultation packages can be discussed at the Clarity Consultation.
This will depend on your unique circumstances and we can advise on the best option for you at the Clarity Consultation.
If you only require some design advice on, say for instance choosing between finishes you may have selected or paint colours etc. a single design consultation may suffice.
If you are looking to do a much larger project, a single consultation will often be enough time to know if working on a deeper level through a Vision and Options Review will suit your requirements.
In case you are looking to work out a problem that does not fall within the scope of other packages listed on the page, multiple sessions may suit you best.
The Discovery Call is a free 30-minute phone session, consider it a virtual meet and greet.
If you want Full-Service design or you are an exploratory phase unsure where to start, in this session I will help navigate next steps in your design project. I will also explain the design process and what it's like to work together and how we can make your vision a reality.
The Clarity Consultation is a paid 90-minute face to face meeting preferably on site (in-person or virtually) where we will discuss the specifics pertaining to your project and all your burning questions.
To schedule a Clarity Consultation, first book a free 30-minute Discovery Call and once we’ve spoken and we’re both happy that we are a right fit to work together we’ll schedule a Clarity Consultation.
Compile and collate current and/or proposed floor plans, inspirational images, rough sketches and whatever questions that you may have on your specific requirements and the process.
Consider all the stakeholders of the project, (your partner, family including children and parents who may live with you) and decide on who the decision maker are. Please ensure that all decision makers are present at this and all future meetings.
In order to provide the best possible experience it is important to know how much you intend on investing in the project, so that realistic expectations can be set from the start.
At the 90-minute meeting, you may choose to discuss any dilemmas, regarding your plans and options that you may be weighing up for the future, share your expectations and ask about our services to further your project along.
We will discuss the materials you've prepared, ask questions, make notes and take photos. These details will be the starting point for your project.
After the meeting you can expect to receive any pertinent notes from your meeting and an outline of the next steps required to begin your project.
