A house is a structure of bricks and mortar… a home is much more. It’s a place entwined in a feeling of warmth, of comfort and belonging. A place to spend time with loved ones and make memories. More recently, for many of us a space to work. It’s also a sanctuary for personal growth through self expression, seclusion and quite contemplation.
Yet, the journey to getting the home that you’ve always wanted may not be easy. There are so many things that need to be thought through and many decisions to be made. There’s also the know-how. Who to engage, at what stage and how it should all be managed.
Relax - I’m here to help. I will map out your home transformation journey, answer your questions, and develop a personalised plan that’s right for you. We’ll collaborate and carefully design spaces to be not just functional and beautiful, but also makes you feel amazing.

Deep thinking and careful consideration is at the heart of my service. My strong visioning and spatial design abilities are complemented by my prior practice as a commercial lawyer, training as a Management Accountant and background in communication and commercial experience design.
Growing up, I’ve experienced multi-generational living, and now in my home three generations live under the same roof. As such, I’ve first hand knowledge of the joys and the unique challenges that living in large family settings pose and understand that space planning is key to unlocking a home’s potential.
Falling in love with Melbourne, many years ago, and hanging our hat in Boroondara, I keep a pulse on the property market. I use these insights when developing a home transformation plan for you, that keeps over capitalisation in check while using commercial concepts such as value for money as I guide you on where to save and where to splurge.
I also use a strategic planning approach, a deep understanding of how you live and an eye for detail and composition, to help you create a home that’s beautiful and meets your needs now and into the future.
What’s Your Home Design Style?
The simple answer is, I don’t have one. In broad terms, I love contemporary-classic design. I do, however, have a distinctive design signature that has been described as “understated elegance”.
This signature is evident in all types of design work I undertake, that goes even beyond interior design. You may feel it as you browse my website; calm, serene, and refined.
On the subject of Design Styles; home design, much like fashion design changes with time, as do your preferences. I find beauty in many different aesthetics and to me there is no right or wrong style.
When you work with me I don’t push my personal style or taste on to you, instead I work with you to find what you love and how it can be applied to suit your space.
There are countless design styles. As we work together, you’ll discover applying a design style is more like preparing a gourmet recipe than following a rigid prescription.
Think of it as though you are making French soup. You start with a strong base, which is your preferred design style. With care and restraint you add a dash of this and a sprinkle of that, which results in the perfect combination. It’s my responsibility to work with you to get the balance right.
At the onset of every project I get to know you and build a brief that encompasses not just your lifestyle and functional requirements, but also your own signature home style. So once your home is complete, it will shine in a way that’s deeply personal and uniquely yours.
