Home Remodel & Renovation - ormond
This family home needed to be rejuvenated prior to its sale. I was tasked with remodelling and refreshing the home in order to maximise its selling price.
The primary basis of this renovation was to lighten and brighten the home. This included adding skylights, drawing in the northern sun and completely revamping the colour scheme from a cream and brown combo to a white and greige. The addition of black accents also contributed to creating a home with a contemporary, beachy feel.
